Thacker’s back, Thursday at the Powerhouse!

Big band! Big book! Big night! – The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour kicks off its Fall 2022 season, Thursday, Sept. 1 at 6 pm, with a live show and after party at the Powerhouse Arts Center in Oxford (413 S. 14th Street). Admission is FREE.

Guests will include author Matt Bondurant and his novel, Oleander City, about the adventure, chaos (and political corruption) surrounding the 1900 Galveston, Texas hurricane. We’re grateful for the crowds who came out this summer for our road shows – check out our Insta pix: (@thackermountain) – but it’s always good to get back home. Bring a pal and come early and plan to hang a minute after the show. Lubricate and conversate!

See yall Thursday!
