The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour celebrates 2023 and looks forward to 2024 with our annual holiday membership party this Friday, Dec. 1.

This year’s event will be at Southside Gallery from 6-8:30 pm. We’ll have tasty bites from Party Waitin’ to Happen, a signature cocktail by Bar Muse, local beers from Red Panther Brewing and Circle and Square Brewing, delicious wine, and a cool roster of unique auction items.

Plus – yes! – live music by the Thacker house band, the Yalobushwhackers with the Thacker Horns! Performing two sets of swinging seasonal favorites!

Southside Art Gallery is located at 150 Courthouse Square. Tacky Townies (and everyone) welcome!

The party is free to members.

Memberships will be available at the door and are good for one year: $120 (single), $180 for couples. If you can’t make the party, you may donate here: thackermountain.org/donate.

Auction items to be offered include a Delta weekend getaway that includes a VIP visit to the Grammy Museum in Cleveland, MS; a dinner for eight hosted by City Grocery chef John Currence; an Italian wine tasting for 20; tennis lessons; steel drum lessons plus an array of artwork by local and regional artists including the late Lee McCarty, Glenray Tutor and much more.
